The location was convenient. It was close to transportation links. The room was spacious. Free water bottles were provided during cleaning.
The breakfast was mediocre. I expected more variety for the money. The spa and hammam are outdated. They were a poor excuse for a facility.

convenient location luxurious service thorough cleaners
The hotel is conveniently located near public transport options for accessing major attractions. the staff was consistently kind, with a particularly lovely lady at reception. breakfast included diverse options and turkish specialties. I enjoyed the airport shuttle service, both luxurious and convenient. Room cleaners were thorough, and beds were comfortable.

the hotel has a spa that offers steam and sauna access, although there's an extra charge after 6 pm. a metro station is near the hotel, useful for getting around the city quickly. a rooftop terrace provides nice views of the sea and city.

the hotel sits a few minutes away from main tram and bus connections to major attractions. the grand bazaar is approximately 2 kilometers from the hotel. galata bridge is about a 25-minute walk from the hotel. agia sofia is roughly a 20-minute walk.

The rooms are clean. I noticed they get cleaned every day. the beds were comfortable. I slept well. the hotel provides quiet rooms. This made resting easier after long days exploring the city.

The staff were very cute. They were always available to answer questions. the hotel kept my luggage after checkout which gave me the freedom to enjoy the city longer. some staff speak many languages to facilitate communication.

The location offered very easy access to public transport. I also found many restaurants and cafes nearby. The hotel provided luggage storage after check-out,. The breakfast buffet featured a variety of Turkish and continental options.
The room was a bit small for three guests.
